What was the highlight of Mansingh Palace, Agra

Very Poor

Staff was very late in everything - Room service, restaurant and house keeping all took atleast 30-45 minutes just to complete one request. Thrice i had to remind the reception which gotr the job done. Breakfast buffet was highly limited on everything and was super bad - South indian, north indian were both bad. The omelette saved us though. in the night, the entire hotel was dark and no lights were switched on the side of the lawn. when we asked the reception, he had no idea and after sometime, the lights were switched on. I understand that due to covid it is bad, but Mansingh was at its worst though the staff was trying its best to get evrything done. Request booking.com to re-review the place before putting 5 stars in from of a property.

Breakfast was good.

For a 5-star hotel there should be complete amenities such as slippers, bathrobes as standard. We felt like the beddings were not fresh because we found some food crumbs on bed. The fridge was also not clean.

Completely disappointed

The location was good, with multiple renowned restaurants nearby.

The staff and services were extremely poor. Extreme issues with washrooms. Every now and then i needed to call the plumebr and get things repaired. Extremely disappointed. And continuous smoking smell in the entire hotel and the rooms. The staff was smoking at all areas of hotel. The time inside hotel was horrible.

We would have had a better time if the staff were cooperative, full charge for bad or no service.

Breakfast and Location were fine.

We asked for Light Beer to drink by the pool on a very hot day, they didn't have any. We asked if we could bring our own, they said there would be a corkage charge, I agreed then they changed their mind. They said we use to have it but no more. We could drink in the room. So we went out! it's not a 5 Star Hotel as described. Over priced and over rated.

A beautiful stay!

We stayed there for a couple of hours only and couldnt really enjoy all of the hotel facilities but the location was great, staff are amazing and the garden of the hotel is magical. We could see Taj Mahal from our room which is an added plus plus! We had to leave the hotel way before breakfast buffet so when asked, the hotel staff provided us with extremely rich and diverse breakfast boxes. They were all extremely accommodating. We spent some of our night in the garden and it was the best end for our day!

Agra is filled with mosquitoes and despite all hotel efforts, we still got mosquito bites. Not sure what more can be done as it really pushed us to leave the garden area early because of it

Overall stay was good but definately not comfertable.

I have booked the hotel through book my .com for delux room with breakfast. However I understood after landing hotel as it is standard room without breakfast. Also bed are not comfortable. Breakfast not so good. Room service is good.

Bed and room furniture not good and comfortable or rather lieazxer. Hotel must ensure what is booked online are provided to customer. Also what price shown is charged more. Booking was done for 13500 however money deducted is 15625. How is it possible. Please explain me and send the details. Swiming pool not available. one must declare it on site as under maintenance.

Average Stay.

Bedroom was clean with King size bed which I like the most.

Bathroom is in poor condition, dim lights.. there is a crack in basin, water logged in basin... Even once there is no water in commode so I have to wait for few minutes to flush. No extra water bottles was provided, it's only 4 small water Bottles for 2 adults with 1 child and that is also for 24 Hrs, When I ask for more water they refused for mineral bottled water and provide RO water instead of packed water bottles that was also not gud in taste. It's better they can mention to bring own water from out along with luggage.

I enjoyed my stay at Mansingh (Agra).

I really like the location which is quite closer to Taj Mahal.

There were couple of things that would be considered as miss opportunity. 1) Air Condition was not working quite often 2) SPA - Need well trained SPA team. Haven't seen someone giving massage wearing high heal. It was just putting oil nothing else. It was just waste of money I would say. Will not suggest for spa in the hotel to my connection.

Loved it. Highly recommended.

Everything.. the room, central heating, bath tub, delicious food, courteous staff.

Food was a bit pricey and there was no menu and telephone directory in room. Just a QR code was provided with limited la carte options.

Stayed to be near the Taj but pick a cheaper place as likely to be just as unclean but cheaper

We were able to check in early is the only good thing about this hotel...

Most things...Very basic, not great value for money. No towels in bathroom, drab interiors, dark and felt unclean. WiFi is only available for 2 hours a day, it’s not close enough to walk to the Taj - which is the main reason we chose it. The staff are cold and rude, restaurant was expensive and mediocre. Didn’t want to spend a minute more than necessary in the hotel.

Great hotel with good location to the Taj Mahal. Hotel service was perfect and the guy with nice mustache who was opening main door, he is realy cool and friendly! Room clean, restaurant had a good food.
